East must play his ♦AK then the ♦J to the ♦Q in order to let West jettison and unblock the hearts. South now leads a heart to the A and plays the ♠A. South now plays four rounds of clubs losing the fourth round to West. Meanwhile East must keep hearts and a diamond. If West now plays high low in spades, he squeezes East, otherwise South wins a spade then loses his diamond to East in order to force the heart endplay!
